Glancy Nicholls Architects have been appointed and deliver a refurbishment and extension scheme located in Birmingham City Centre’s Colmore Business District on behalf of Adapt Real Estate. With the original building dating back over 100 years, 2 additional floors are being added to the existing 5-storey building to create a total of 77 apartments.
