One Eastside Granted Planning Approval
Glancy Nicholls Architects design for the One Eastside residential scheme has been granted full approval (with conditions) at planning committee today. Set to be Birmingham’s tallest building, the high end apartments within aim to bring a new level of quality city centre living and lifestyle for residents.
Further making up the One Eastside development is a ‘sister’ 15 storey tower, an active lifestyle pavilion and a host of internal and external amenity spaces including the regions highest private dining lounge experience and roof terrace.
Demolition of the derelict Chemical Engineering and Advance Chemistry (CEAC) building is completed and the project has a slated build commencement date in Q1 2020.
